The Zip Yard Newbridge provides a first class service to the people of Kildare. We operate from a modern, fresh premises in a central location. No Appointment is necessary and you can walk into the shop and have your garments immediately pinned in our private fitting rooms.
There is no job too big or small, The Zip Yard specialises in wedding dresses, debs dresses, coats, horse riding & sports gear, uniforms, curtains, leather, fur, suit tailoring and much more.
It’s a welcome take on the traditional alteration shop of the past. The dressmakers & tailors are highly skilled experts who can turn their hand to any type of repair, restyling or remodelling of garments.
There is a quick turnaround of 48 hours and a 1 hour express service is also available. Our express service is idea for customers who are only in Newbridge for a short visit. We can alter your clothes while you shop or avail of our comfortable waiting area where you can relax and watch TV.
Once alterations are finished a text message is sent to customers to inform them that garments are ready for collection. A loyalty points system is policy so that customers can get something back for your spend.
